We’re required to have the most current information about you as part of Canadian FINTRAC rules. We’re required to maintain (and update when necessary) the following in our systems:
- What you do for work or your occupation title
- What industry you work in
If your occupation and industry information needs to be updated, you will have received an email from us on this request (there also will be a notification inside the Brightside App to bring your attention to the e-mail).
Should you have received the email and deleted it (happens to the best of us!) and need to update this information simply send an email to email@example.com, or fill out our contact us form by clicking here!
