To set up a direct debit from your bucket you will need to provide your institution, transit, and account (aka bucket) number to the organization collecting payments. This is often done by filling out a paper or web form. Follow the steps below to find your bucket information:
- Log in to the Brightside app.
- Tap the bucket where you would like to set up a direct debit.
- Tap settings.
- Tap View direct deposit information.
- Your institution, transit, and account number will be displayed.
