You ordered your Brightside Spend Mastercard® a week ago and it still hasn't arrived! There are a few reasons this may have happened. We've complied a few steps for you to take to get to the bottom of this mystery.
- Confirm your spend card shipped to the right address. You might have recently moved and put in your old address instead of your new one. Think this is the case? Don't have mail forwarding? Contact Brightside Support to cancel your spend card and order a new one.
- If your address is correct, contact Brightside Support to find out the status of your delivery. If you ordered your spend card during a busy season, it may be competing with letters to Santa. Chances are that it might just be delayed. Drop us a line and we'll be happy to help you out.
