Although we are BFFs with ATB, we have our own distinct banking platform. ATB has lots of friendly folks who would love to help you, but they do not have access to your banking information at Brightside.

You have 24/7 access to our Help Centre, where you can find helpful articles to answer your questions. If you prefer to connect with a bright human, we're here to help you from Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.
